The Conde d'Ervideira Escolha do Vinho Branco de Inverno is an aromatically intense wine that immediately reminds us of the tropical expression of Antão Vaz with pineapple, mango and apricot. In the tasting, the Viosinho prevails, bringing us the expression “Inverno”, where the acidity, minerality and freshness bring life to the whole. This Branco de Inverno is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with great gastronomic aptitude.

  • Winemaking: Harvest at night, under the light, brightness and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a bâtonnage process.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromatically intense, this white immediately reminds us of the tropical expression of Antão Vaz, pineapple, mango and apricot. When tasting, Viosinho prevails, bringing us the expression “Winter”, where the acidity and minerality, the freshness bring life to the whole. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with great gastronomic aptitude.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in Hungarian oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
