  • Soil: This wine is made from a blend of grapes from vines over 30 years old, located at an altitude of 700m in Pombal de Ansiães.
  • Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days at controlled temperatures between 10ºC and 12ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Fine aroma of apricot, peach and green apple. Mineral on the palate with white-fleshed fruit, in balance between granite acidity and an elegant structure. The wood is well integrated, allowing the freshness and fruit to stand out.
  • Maturation: Aged in 2nd year French oak barrels for 12 months.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Duarte da Costa and Ana Isabel Almeida
  • Conservation: Store in a cool, dark place (12ºC to 14ºC), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Consume within 4 to 6 years.
  • Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
