A natural fermentation with a high alcohol content was left in the barrel, and the "Flor" began to invade the wine, making it interesting. Left to age for more than two years, the resulting "Flor" wine is something special, extra-dry. Perhaps something will develop here. We're starting our Solera.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The aging process is carried out under a layer of yeast, known as “Flor”, which floats on the surface of the wine, protecting it from contact with air.
  • Tasting Notes: Reminiscent of a Manzanilla with some weight. The beautiful oxidation caused by the flor reveals a slight aroma of reduction or cheese and a strong resinous note. Very interesting without being overwhelming. On the palate, some tannin adds dryness, but good body without excess. A unique wine for more radical tastes.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 12ºC
