  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The Antão Vaz and Sauvignon Blanc varieties were chosen, one of which is Portuguese and the other foreign. These varieties are harvested separately and, as soon as they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and begin fermentation in stainless steel tanks, inside the cold chamber, at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
