  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay and shale-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color, subtle aroma with notes of mango, pineapple and passion fruit. The excellent quality of the French oak can be felt. Well structured with a touch of passion fruit and a very fresh, long and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the final lees for 3 months, aged for 1 year and a half in barrels produced especially for this wine, followed by aging in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 7ºC and 10ºC. Must be decanted.
