Identidade IM is a lemon-colored, straw-colored sparkling wine. Intense nose, with notes of toast, citrus, dried flowers and minerals. Tense attack, with structure and balance. The acidity gives a beautiful gustatory persistence, complemented by well-defined bakery notes.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested in the first half of September, the must fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The production, following the classic method, began in the spring of 2017, with the tirage, and the refermentation took place in the cellar for 15 days at 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Lemon and straw color. Intense nose, with toasted, citrus, dried flower and mineral notes. Tense attack, with structure and balance. The acidity gives a beautiful gustatory persistence, complemented by well-defined bakery notes.
  • Maturation: Aged in bottle on lees for 24 months.
  • Serve: Between 6ºC and 8ºC
