  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard that was abandoned about 10 years ago, located in Cuba do Alentejo
  • Winemaking: Wine made with indigenous yeasts, fermented in clay jars with total stems. Natural filtration by passing through the masses and bottling directly from the jar itself.
  • Tasting Notes: Cherry color, intense and pure aroma of red fruits, in the mouth it has a powerful astringency.
  • Maturation: 2-month aging in clay pots.
