  • Soil: The grapes come from a 15-year-old vineyard located in Baixo Corgo, at an altitude of 700 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18kg boxes. In the winery, direct pressing of the whole bunch, spontaneous fermentation in horizontal vats.
  • Tasting Notes: Fresh, pure and mineral wine that embraces all the fruit and exuberance of the Viosinho grape variety. Pineapple aroma, with notes of citrus fruit.
  • Maturation: Aged for 5 months in stainless steel.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 13ºC
