  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in sedimentary soil. It has a clayey texture with a high limestone content. Vineyards exposed to the west marked by a strong Atlantic influence.
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested in mid-September during the night. Skin maceration (12h). Fermented in stainless steel throughout the fermentation. After fermentation, it was placed in a concrete tank where bâtonnage was carried out up to 1 month before bottling.
  • Tasting Notes: Aroma of white fruit with a touch of saline. Magnificent body with a long finish.
