  • Soil: The grapes come from a very poor vineyard of schist or granite origin.
  • Winemaking: Very selective manual harvest, in 20 kg boxes. Atypical vinification for the Alentejo. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations; “Cuivason” of more than 20 days.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a concentrated violet color, with an exuberant nose with warm notes of black fruits and menthol, finishing with toasted notes from the barrels. Round and warm in the mouth, with a firm structure and good persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in French and American oak, plus 6 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 19ºC and 21ºC
