  • Winemaking: Classic Port Wine method with skin maceration and short alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by fortification.
  • Tasting Notes: Dark amber color. Notes of dried fruit and honey balanced with rich aromas of nuts and roasting. On the palate, subtle flavors of candied fruits (cherry, dates and sultanas), nuts and coffee. Elegant finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for around 30 years in casks.
  • Serve: Between 15ºC and 18ºC
