  • Soil: Plot of 1.0 ha, integrated in a group of 8ha, of new vineyards (planted in 2017), installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (450 meters), exposed to the southeast, with a slope of approximately 35%. Soil of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on the 10th and 14th of September.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. It has a fresh and mineral nose with some toasted notes from the barrel aging. It has a dense, crunchy, rich attack with beautiful acidity.
  • Maturation: 80% of the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel vats with "bâtonnage" and the remaining 20% in French oak. Followed by aging in the bottle for 30 months.
  • Serve: Between 12º and 13ºC
  • Winemaker: Francisco Montenegro and Amílcar Salgado
