  • Soil: The grapes come from different plots of vineyards at Quinta Vale d'Aldeia, located in the Meda region, at an altitude of around 450m. East facing and with very schist soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg boxes at their ideal point of ripeness, with the aim of ensuring that they are fully ripe, leading to greater aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and complete destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a deep, vibrant color, a young, fresh, complex aroma with a predominant fruity and floral character, with spicy notes provided by the wood, which are very discreet and well integrated. It is a balanced, lively, medium-bodied wine with good fruit character and intensity. It has a fine, long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 14 months in 400L French oak barrels.
