  • Soil: Soils of granite origin with large rocky outcrops.
  • Winemaking: 50% of the grapes with stems and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels of various years where malolactic fermentation took place and remained for 10 months. Unfiltered wine, subject to creating sediment.
  • Tasting Notes: A light red wine, characterized by its aroma of wild berries, balsamic and some notes of tobacco. It is delicate and has an acidity that is in harmony with the elegance it presents when tasting. A smooth, light wine with a persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged without used French oak barrels for 10 months.
  • Serve: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
