  • Soil: Clay and schist type soil.
  • Winemaking: The top of the Boavista vineyard, called Outeiro, has consistently produced wines of great character and depth, from the two grape varieties planted there, producing wines with a sense of “terroir”. Natural co-fermentation took place in small vats for 5 days. It was then finished in new American oak barrels, with periodic battonage and subsequent ageing for 22 months.
