  • Winemaking: Total destemming, pre-fermentative skin maceration, prolonged alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Crystal clear garnet color. Intense aroma, with predominant resinous notes and pine needles. Red fruit jelly and nuances of toast and spices. Complex, structured, harmonious and with excellent mouth volume and distinct persistence.
  • Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 24 months after bottling.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
