  • Soil: Clay-schist soils.
  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel with whole berries and 20% of the stems. Maceration for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in 5000L French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby color with violet hues. Very aromatic, with herbaceous and balsamic notes. Rich and complex palate with very elegant acidity. Aromas of red fruits, spices and balsamic notes.
  • Maturation: 12 months in 5000L French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC
  • Winemaker: Nuno Franco
  • Conservation: Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C.
