  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 12kg boxes, on September 24, 2020. After passing through the cold chamber, the grapes were subjected to a careful selection on a sorting mat, followed by total destemming and very light crushing of the berries. Fermentation in cement vats, at controlled temperature, for a period of 10 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright ruby color. Fresh red fruit, earthy and exotic notes. Great depth and elegance on the palate.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Catarina Vieira and Pedro Ribeiro
  • Conservation: Store lying down away from direct light.
  • Food Pairing: Red meat, grilled meat.
