  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 12kg boxes, during the early hours of September 9, 2020. After a period of 24 hours of cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels, for a period of 19 days at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine was subjected to daily battonage.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine color, aromas of marked minerality with nuances of flint and good barrel. Striking acidity providing intense freshness; relevant unctuousness and final structure with longevity.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Catarina Vieira and Pedro Ribeiro
