Terra d'Alter Reserva White is a wine with intense notes of ripe fruit and grapefruit. Mineral aromas, with peach and apricot skin. The palate is very rich, resulting from prolonged aging in barrels in contact with fine lees. It will improve greatly with aging in the bottle.

  • Soil: Vineyard with soil derived from schist and granite.
  • Winemaking: Produced from grapes hand-picked in Alto Alentejo. Some varieties ferment with skin contact. After pressing, the must was transferred to new, 1st-year vats or barrels (40%). After a prolonged fermentation using cold conditions and without inoculation (natural), the wine was kept on the fine lees for 7 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense notes of ripe fruit and grapefruit. Mineral aromas, with peach and apricot skin. Rich on the palate, resulting from prolonged aging in barrels in contact with fine lees. Will benefit greatly from aging in the bottle.
  • Maturation: Aged on fine lees for 7 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
