The Orange Republic is a wine with a bright, golden straw-yellow color. The nose is very intense, with aromas of white fruits such as pear, nectarine and tropical notes of cherimoya and ripe papaya, accompanied by citrus and floral notes that leave a herbaceous touch. On the palate, it is thick, long and unctuous with a long finish.

  • Soil: Grapes from vines perfectly adapted to dry soils with high drainage, contributing to optimum yield and ripening. Trellis-trained vines. Harvesting is done by hand. The soil type varies from grey slate, through granite soils, richer in sand, to schist soils for those planted on terraces. The altitude varies from 300m to 700m. The grapes come from the municipalities of A Rúa, Larouco, O Bolo and Vilamartín.

  • Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow colour, with hints of olives. The nose is elegant and intense with varietal aromas such as green apple, apricot and quince. We also find very pleasant balsamic aromas, such as mint, spearmint and eucalyptus, which provide freshness. In the mouth it has a high persistence, freshness and a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aging on fine lees for 4 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
