  • Soil: Plot of 1.0 ha, integrated in a group of 8 ha, of vineyards planted in 2016, installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (450 meters), exposed to the EAST, with a gradient of approximately 35%. Soil of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on August 22nd, and alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a light salmon color. It is a serious, spicy wine with green asparagus and blueberries, and also with a light green citrus. In the mouth, the acidity takes over the tasting, in a wine with remarkable freshness and excellent structure. Very crisp and long-lasting in the tasting. A rosé full of character and originality.
  • Maturation: Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
