Quinta Vale d'Aldeia Sparkling Brut Nature was produced from different plots of the Viosinho and Rabigato grape varieties located in the Meda region of the Douro Superior at an altitude of approximately 550 metres. With a clear, citrus colour and fine, persistent notes, it reveals a fruity, complex and intense aroma. The acidity is balanced with a long and persistent finish.

  • Soil: Produced from different plots of the Viosinho and Rabigato grape varieties located in the Meda region in the Douro Superior at an altitude of approximately 550 metres.
  • Winemaking: Base wine produced from grapes of the Viosinho and Rabigato varieties, carefully selected and harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness for the production of a sparkling wine base wine. Fermentation carried out partially in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear and citrus in color with a fine and persistent leaf, it reveals a fruity, complex and intense aroma. The acidity is balanced with a long and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged on fine lees for 6 months with periodic bâtonnage. Second fermentation in the bottle using the classic method.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
