Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Soils of sedimentary origin, with a clayey texture and high limestone content. Mild climate with a marked Atlantic influence.
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested at night at the end of September. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in concrete. No allergenic or animal-derived products are used in the production of this wine.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense aroma of black fruit and spices. Tasty and compact in the mouth, with an intense and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and the remainder (70%) in concrete vats.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 18ºC
