  • Soil: Grapes from old vines, over 60 years old, some in transitional areas of schist/granite at an altitude of 500m with a predominant exposure to the north, others in typically Douro areas with schist soils located in Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo, at an altitude of 250m with a predominant south/west exposure.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 20kg boxes. Reception with complete destemming, crushing, followed by cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to obtain an elegant, smooth wine without excessive extraction.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby color. Captivating aroma, notable nuances of strawberry and wild berries where the freshness of the fruit seduces. On the palate, balance prevails, combining the fruit with vibrant acidity and silky tannin. Complex but pleasant finish.
  • Maturation: 75% stainless steel; 25% used French oak barrels.
