  • Soil: Soils of sedimentary origin, exhibiting a clayey texture and a high limestone content. Mild climate with a marked Atlantic influence.
  • Winemaking: A field blend of Jaen and Castelão, harvested in the third week of September. The Tinta Miúda was harvested later, in the second week of October. The aging process involved 40% in used French oak barrels and 60% in cement tanks, resulting in a balance between structure and freshness. No allergenic or animal-derived products are used in the winemaking process.
