Founding partner, winemaker, friend and an exceptional human being. He left us too soon. The Preta Cuvée David Booth wine is the best of every year. This wine is for David! With notes of barrel, light coffee, hints of bitter cocoa, restrained and a little closed. In the mouth it has very ripe black fruits, some austerity, lots of good tannic fiber, a touch of bitter almond. It has a dry, austere and very long finish.

  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 28-day Cuvaison.
