  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard on schist soil.
  • Winemaking: Total destemming, fermentation by variety for 8 days, in stainless steel and with temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense, violet color. Full-bodied and structured with soft tannins and an excellent balance between floral notes, fruit and oak. Presents notes of spices and wild berries. Structured, dense and silky, with fine tannins harmonizing with fruity aromas, in a combination with a broad and pleasant finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in first-use French oak barrels and 24 months in stainless steel vats.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
