Pacto do Diabo is a wine with an aroma of jelly, jam, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very soft wood notes, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood and recalling the aromas.

  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing them. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 24ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Opaque red color. Aroma of jelly, compote, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very soft wood notes, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood and recalling the aromas.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 1 year and 8 months in new French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 18ºC. Must be decanted.
