  • Soil: Grapes from the Douro Superior, namely from a vineyard over 50 years old, 10% white grapes and 90% red grapes.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed by hand and the grapes were crushed by foot in a small wine press. Fermentation began spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. The wine was transferred into a jug without the use of electricity.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a light red fruit aroma. Fresh, light and disconcerting wine.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in barrels, followed by aging in the bottle for 3 months (slight addition of So2 before bottling).
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC

  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
