  • Soil: The vineyards are located in the Silgueiros sub-region at an altitude of between 350 and 400 metres. The vineyard is managed under an integrated protection programme, and the application of herbicides is prohibited. The harvest is manual, when the grapes reach their optimum ripeness, which takes place between the second half of September and the first half of October. The grapes are harvested in small 10 kg boxes.
  • Winemaking: Fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks for 7 to 10 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is subsequently aged for 15 months to enhance its structure and complexity.
  • Tasting Notes: Very expressive notes of flowers and fruits. Good structure, fresh with soft tannins, with a warm, aromatic and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
