  • Soil: The grapes come from an extreme vineyard on the Quinta. Trained using uni and bilateral cordon training, pruned on the heel.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September, with careful selection of grapes. The grapes were received at the winery, on the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and, later, “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. The vinification took place in a wine press, with pre and post fermentation maceration and dynamic temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: It has an intense ruby color. The aroma is marked by ripe fruit surrounded by notes of spices, especially black pepper, acquired by aging in wood. When tasted, this wine is balanced, with no overpowering tannins. Structured, full, with lively acidity. Long finish, with a balsamic touch.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
