  • Soil: Originating in the centuries-old Vinha da Ponte and Vinha Maria Teresa.
  • Winemaking: For the first time, and to celebrate the centenary of the acquisition of Quinta do Crasto by Constantino de Almeida, a unique blend was prepared. HONORE Douro DOC 2015 is a unique wine that combines the two most emblematic vineyards of Quinta do Crasto. This exceptional blend is composed of 71.2% wine from Vinha Maria Teresa 2015 and 28.8% from Vinha da Ponte 2015. The grapes were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting on a sorting table at the entrance to the winery. After complete destemming and treading in a traditional wine press, the must was transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. Only 1,615 numbered magnums were bottled, in homage to the four centuries of history of Quinta do Crasto (1615-2015).
