  • Soil: It is planted at an altitude of approximately 650 meters, facing north, in Quinta dos Castelares.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, at temperatures around 23ºC.
