  • Winemaking: The best batches of grapes are vinified variety by variety. Aragonês is fermented in "vinimatics", while the remaining varieties are fermented in mechanically trodden presses at a temperature of between 22ºC and 24ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: It presents aromas of red fruits complexed by the wood. It is velvety, with an excellent structure and soft tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
