  • Winemaking: After the manual harvest of a selected plot, the grapes were destemmed and pressed immediately. Half of the must fermented in stainless steel tanks and the remainder in new Hungarian oak barrels.

  • Maturation: Half of the must volume fermented in stainless steel vats and the remainder in new Hungarian oak barrels.
