  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes were trodden by foot in a wine press and left to macerate for 3 hours. After this period, the grapes were pressed and transferred to used French and Austrian oak barrels, where alcoholic and malolactic fermentations took place without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Unfiltered and unembellished wine, the wine presents beautiful but restrained fruit, body and structure.
  • Maturation: Aged for 7 months on fine lees until bottling. This wine is a natural product, not subject to filtration or fining, so it may present sedimentation over time.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Frederico Machado and Ricardo Alves
