  • Soil: Schist soil with laminated rocks. Dry continental climate with very high temperatures in summer and cold in winter.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and carefully pressed, where the must is transferred to a stainless steel tank where it will undergo static decantation for a period of 24 hours. This will be followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a light pink color and an intense aroma of red fruits. In the mouth it is light, fresh with an elegant acidity marking its long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
