  • Winemaking: Grapes are selected at the time of harvesting and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press at controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Pleasant and immediately seductive aroma, with black fruits, exotic woods, sweet spices and roasted cocoa. Creamy, textured, deep, with fine tannins and perfect acidity, austere and long finish, a complete Douro wine.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
