  • Soil: Vineyard with approximately 25 years old.
  • Winemaking: The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 3rd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, destemmed and partially crushed, and the fermentation process took place over 15 days, ending with 8 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation followed.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep ruby colour. With a concentrated aroma of ripe red fruit, with elegant spicy notes. In the mouth it is enveloping with good freshness on the palate, with evident fruit. Velvety tannins, pleasantly long finish. A wine of enormous gastronomic versatility.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC with prior decantation. Subject to creating deposits.
