  • Winemaking: Total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear appearance, intense garnet color. Complex and elegant aroma, with nobility resulting from long months of maturation in barrels and bottles. Fruity, elegant and with excellent volume in the mouth with distinct persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. 12 months of maturation in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC

  • Conservation: 5 to 7 years.
