  • Soil: Grapes from our original vineyards, planted in 2006 by Mr. Barão Bodo von Bruemmer, located in Casal Sta. Maria.
  • Winemaking: The hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected in the winery, then crushed and cold-pressed. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine fermentation lees until April.
  • Tasting Notes: Greenish-yellow in color, bright in appearance. Aromatic palette with Colares DNA, featuring rich minerality, oyster shells, sea air, light green apple-like fruit, and apricots. Overall, it's fine and delicate, with a creamy, concentrated attack and refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and lingering, bringing back notes of minerality and the sea.
  • Maturation: Aged on total lees for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
