Cem Reis is a wine with a concentrated dark violet color. Aroma with warm notes of black fruits with menthol notes, ending with notes of toasted almonds from the barrel. In the mouth the attack is full, round, warm and full of aromas. Firm structure with good persistence.

  • Soil: The grapes come from a very poor vineyard of schist or granite origin.
  • Winemaking: Very selective manual harvest, in 20 kg boxes. Transport to the winery in a refrigerated truck. Atypical vinification for the Alentejo. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations; “Cuivason” of more than 20 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated dark violet color. Aroma with warm notes of black fruits with menthol notes, ending with notes of toasted almonds from the barrel. In the mouth the attack is full, round, warm and full of aromas. Firm structure with good persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in new barrels. 70% fine grain French oak, medium toast and 30% medium grain American oak, medium toast.
  • Serve: Between 19ºC and 21ºC
