  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and sent to “vinimatics”, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. They are then pressed and sent to the cold chamber, where they ferment at a temperature of between 13º and 15ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: It presents aromas of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, with a balanced acidity and smooth, silky tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in new Hungarian oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 7ºC and 9ºC
  • Winemaker: Nelson Rolo
  • Conservation: 4 years
