  • Soil: Bonarda: located in El Mirador, Rivadavia. Vineyard at an altitude of 650 meters and with sandy soils. Cabernet Franc: located in Gualtallary, Tupungato. Vineyard at an altitude of 1,470 meters and with deep limestone and rocky soils.
  • Winemaking: Wild yeasts, maximum temperature 28ºC for 15 days, with 25 days of maceration. 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated wine with rich aromas of cherry and wild berries on a fresh background of aromatic herbs and eucalyptus. On the palate it is sweet and spicy. It is a medium-bodied wine, with refined tannins and marked acidity. The finish is long, seductive and elegant.
  • Maturation: Aged for 15 months in a 100-year-old foudre.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
