  • Soil: Grapes from 23-year-old vines.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Crushing with total destemming and gentle pressing, where the must is obtained by the open spout process, and later statically decanted at a low temperature for a period of 24 hours. Partially fermented in stainless steel barrels and tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, for a period of 22 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Medium-soft colour and light straw hue. Delicate and balanced aroma with notes of citrus fruits and slight hints of toast standing out. In the mouth, the freshness stands out first, followed by the wine's great structure and complexity. Long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months, partially in stainless steel vats and in used French oak barrels.
