  • Soil: Grapes from 23-year-old vines.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest and selective sorting into 20 kg boxes. Second selection of grapes on a sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and skin maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at a controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Aroma with notes of cherry, blueberry and eucalyptus. On the palate it is structured, fresh and firm, with soft and silky tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 13 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle until its release.
