  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Crushing with total destemming and pre-fermentative skin maceration in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for a period of 48 hours. Fully fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C for 10 days.
