  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Grapes mostly harvested on the island of São Miguel, in 40 kg buckets and transported by plane and boat to the island of Pico. Direct pressing, without crushing with CO2 protection.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright citrine yellow, intense floral nose, with notes of tea, bergamot and iodine. Full and rich attack, with a touch of iodine and salt.
  • Maturation: First presses fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to maintain the purity of the variety and the second presses fermented in 3rd year barrels.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 13ºC
