  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand and transported in 25kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, in an honest and untampered manner, respecting the profile of the grapes and the terroir.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby-red wine, with red and black fruits and jam notes on the nose. On the palate, it is rich, fresh, and with good acidity, with cherry on the finish.
  • Maturation: Natural settling in a stainless steel vat and bottled unfiltered and unstabilized.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 14ºC
